At EcoSpirit™, every item is created on demand to honor the Earth and reduce waste.
Because of this, we use a returnless, low-waste model that supports both sustainability and generosity.
If an item isn’t quite right, we invite you to:

Offer it to a friend, neighbor, or local shelter.
This keeps textiles out of landfills and allows your purchase to continue its positive ripple.
Once you do, we will gladly offer:
**• Store credit for the item
• OR a one-time replacement**
No physical return required.
💚 Exchanges for Size
If the size isn’t a good fit, we offer one size exchange per item within 14 days.
No return needed.
You may keep or give forward the original piece.

💚 Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, flawed, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
We may request a photo so we can improve quality and reduce waste.
💚 Lost Packages
If your order never arrives:
We will help you contact the carrier
If the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement
If tracking shows the item as “delivered” but it's missing, please check with your local carrier or post office. If you still need help, we’re here to support you.
💚 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
After that, items typically enter production and cannot be canceled.
