Processing & Production Time

Production generally takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.
During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

EcoSpirit™ partners with trusted fulfillment centers operated by Printful.
Orders may ship from:

• The United States

• Europe

• Mexico

Your order will ship from the facility closest to your delivery address whenever possible to reduce carbon impact and shipping time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within:

• United States: 3–8 business days

• Canada: 5–12 business days

• Europe: 5–12 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, or weather.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package from production to delivery.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
